Hotel heiress Paris Hilton and diamond heiress Zeta Graff have finally settled their $10 million defamation lawsuit. The multimillion-dollar lawsuit was filed by TV reality star Zeta Graff accusing Hilton of planting defamatory stories about her in a gossip column in 2005. Now both sides Wednesday reached an ‘amicable resolution’ but attorneys for both Graff and Hilton declined to reveal any details. Jury selection for a civil trial was due to start next Monday, but lawyers for the socialites settled the case during a court hearing in Santa Monica, California.
