Paris Hilton Sues Website With Her Personal Items

Socialite Paris Hilton has filed a lawsuit in an attempt to shut down a new website claiming to offer visitors access to the Hilton’s private items.
ParisExposed.com promises visitors who pay a fee of $39.97 to access a collection of Hilton photographs, home videos, love letters, recorded phone conversations, diaries and phone numbers of friends and celebrities.
The site also includes topless pictures of 25-year-old Hilton on holiday and also shows her frolicking in a bath-tub.
In her lawsuit, Hilton said she put her possessions in storage two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky, moved out of a house that had been robbed.
Hilton said that a removal company was supposed to pay the storage fees and was ‘shocked and surprised’ to know that her belongings were sold at public auction.
Hilton said,
I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain.
Now socialite is seeking closure of the site on the basis that information shown could be used by people ‘to steal my identity, or even worse, to harass or stalk me.’
The lawsuit alleges defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for $10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the site.
Hilton’s spokesperson Elliot Mintz says,
We certainly are going to explore all of our legal options about this matter.
Stavros Under Pressure to Leave Paris Hilton!

Paris Hilton and her beau Stavros Niarchos may be back in love but Stavros’ family seems to be disappointed with their rapport.
The couple was spotted at the Trump Vodka launch in Los Angeles, but were cautious not to be snapped together which could have upset his family.
An insider was quoted by New York Daily News,
Word is that Stravros’ family has threatened to cut him off if he doesn’t stop going around with that crowd.
Poor Paris! She was so happy to be back in love with Stavros.

If you haven’t got fill of Paris Hilton belongings than there is a new Website that has posted a seemingly endless offering of the celebutante’s belongings.
ParisExposed.com, launched starting of this week, boasts a collection of Hilton photographs, home videos, love letters, recorded phone conversations, diaries and phone numbers of friends and celebrities, all left behind at a Los-Angeles based storage facility.
Hotel heiress Hilton’s rep, Elliot Mintz revealed that the items were sold to an unidentified buyer after a third party failed to make payments to the facility, and ultimately wound up in the hands of a broker aiming to sell them.
Hilton’s first big exposure came through a sex tape, first appearing in bootleg form in 2003 and once again in 2004 when the tape was put up for sale.
Bardia Persa is the guy who created ParisExposed.com. He insisted that he obtained Paris belongings in September. All the new goods
were acquired by me through a broker, he said.
And if you are really interested in viewing footage of 25-year old socialite in a ‘sexy bubble bath’ video than you must pay a monthly fee of US$39.97 to gain the access to the site.

Paris Hilton fined for drunk-driving case

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was placed on three years probation on Monday after pleading no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving.
Hilton, 25, did not appear for the hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court. The plea to a reduction of an original charge of driving under the influence was entered by her attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Chapman Holley.
Hilton’s rep, Elliot Mintz said that the Hilton was fined $390 and ordered to attend a 12-hour driver education program. Mintz said,
I just spoke with Paris an hour ago, and she’s happy the matter is behind her.
Judge Michael Sauer gave Hilton the option of reducing her probation to 24 months if she completed 40 hours of community service. Paris has yet to make a decision.
The fines, plus penalty assessments, totaled about $1,500.
Hilton was arrested September 7 after allegedly being seen weaving on a Hollywood street in her Mercedes-Benz.
Police said that Paris appeared intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test. She had a blood alcohol level of .08%, the level at which an adult driver is in violation of the law.
But later Hilton admitted that she might be ‘speeding a little bit’ explaining,
I had one margarita and I was starving because I had not eaten all day…I wanted to have an In-N-Out burger.
Hilton to jazz at Vienna Opera Ball

Austrian businessman Richard Lugner every year invites an icon to be his guest at Vienna’s exclusive Opera Ball. And this year the 74-year-old real estate and construction tycoon Lugner and his wife will be accompanied by hotel heiress Paris Hilton.
The 25-year old singer will travel to the Austrian capital with her parents and three girlfriends, Lugner was quoted as saying by the Austria Press Agency.
The Opera Ball is scheduled to take place on February 15, 2007, is attended by Austria’s politicians, socialites and foreign dignitaries.
Lugner’s past celebrity dates were Cameron Electra, Andie MacDowell, Pamela Anderson, Geri Halliwell and Grace Jones.
Paris is getting paid $1 million for the appearance at Vienna Opera Ball. Lugner’s wife Christina told a press conference,
She is a very good advertisement for the Opera Ball.
Paris Hilton being sued for $10 million

Everything is not fine these days with hotel heiress Paris Hilton as she has been sued by model-producer Zeta Graff for slander and court has asked Fred Khalilian, the owner of Club Paris, court to give a videotaped deposition in the case.
A lawsuit of 10-million dollars has been filed against party girl Hilton and she is due in court on February 5.
According to the club Graff attacked Paris at a ‘London nightclub and tried to rip off Hilton’s $4 million necklace.’
However, Graff is claiming that the whole story is fictional. She was saying,
I was served to give a deposition concerning the Zeta Graff, Paris Hilton Case. I am really not playing a role in this. I guess this about one person who has a problem with another person and they are going to ask me about certain things and I am just going to go up there and tell the truth and nothing but the truth.
Khalilian, who recently sacked Hilton from the Club Paris for lack of partying, also condemned Hilton for her selfish nature. He was quoted by Idontlikeyouthatway.com saying,
The problem is when she is done with you, she chews you and spits you out. When she is done with you’re out. The people around her get so star struck because she is so powerful presentation wise.
Huh! No doubt Hilton is very selfish. She loves to kick-out people as she did with her so-called best buddy Britney Spears.
Socialite Hilton refutes DUI charge

Socialite Paris Hilton who was arrested for ‘driving erratically’ last year on 7th September, pleaded not guilty to drunk-driving charges Tuesday in Los Angeles.
A breathalyser test found her blood alcohol level to be 0.08, the minimum required for an arrest in California.
Hotel heiress Hilton was not needed to appear in court because the charges are misdemeanors, and her attorney made an appearance on her behalf.
The judge said the case must go to trial by February 23.
If convicted, Hilton could face six months in jail and a maximum fine of $1,000. The minimum penalty for a first-time offender is a fine, probation and participation in an alcohol rehabilitation programme.
Hilton was arrested by police in September for driving erratically and told officers at the time that she had one drink on an empty stomach and was on her way to get a hamburger at a nearby fast-food restaurant.
Hilton’s Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie is also dealing with DUI charge. Though Nicole was not drunk but she admitted that she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot.
