Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan are a true Hollywood story – from best of friends to the worst of enemies. With all the bitichin’ and antics gone long enough, one of them decided to call it a truce. Yes you heard it right; Lohan tried to the gentlemanly thing and called up Paris, sending nice little messages in a 55-year-old smoker’s voice. The gist of the communiqué was an offer for peace and ending of the bitter vendetta.
So far so good! Hilton, being the snob that she without a doubt is, took offense and had her assistant call Lohan up and leave fart sound messages on pop diva’s voice mail. The National Enquirer says:

What else did you expect from as classy a being as Paris Hilton? Kinda predictable ain’t it? It is quite obvious that this tale is far from over. It will take more than silly childish messages flying back and forth to end this ugly situation. Ah! The mature celebs! By the way pic is from happier times.
