Paris Hilton who is on probation since January after pleading no contest to driving offenses, has been ordered to appear on May 4 for a court hearing for violating the terms of that probation. City prosecutors might cancel Hilton’s probation because she violated its conditions and this could result in a 90 days sentence in jail.
This January, the hotel heiress pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from a Sept. 7 arrest in Hollywood. She was sentenced to 36 months of driving probation, alcohol education and a $1,500 fine. On Feb. 28, Hilton was ticketed for driving with a suspended license after she was seen speeding her car with off headlights.
Hilton, 26, was absent from Tuesday’s hearing before Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer and the hearing was entirely conducted by her attorney, Howard Weitzman, who said that the matter was close to being resolved.
Hilton’s spokesman, Elliot Mintz clarified that Paris was unaware of a suspended license. I don’t understand why all the stinking rich celebrities need to drive their car themselves. If I would have been this rich, I would have hired a chauffer to drive me around the city.

Can you believe that hotel heiress Paris Hilton was horrified in 2003 when her ex lover Rick Solomon released the sex video they made together?
The blonde heiress even claimed that she had not profited from the sex tape. Huh! Not at all possible!
And recently socialite was apparently overheard boasting off her earnings from her homemade sex tape at Oscars party.
According to the New York Post, Hilton was laughing and boasting with Rick about making $US1 million from the official release of ‘One Night in Paris.’
However, Paris’ rep, Elliot Mintz, confirmed that Paris did speak with Rick at the party, but asserted that they didn’t talk about sex tape.
Mintz further revealed that Paris went home with her old lover Stavros Niarchos and ended up spending the whole night together. She said,
All is well on the home front.
The footage was sold by Rick to an adult film production company who converted the home movie into a DVD narrated by Rick. And the film became the biggest celebrity sex tape of all time.

What’s with Paris Hilton?! The sexy pop idol gets into a big mess this time by speeding without headlights on and driving on a suspended license, where her car was seized after the traffic stop. What were you thinking Paris?
The icon was given a ticket for illicit driving with concluded driving license. If these charges get proved, Paris may have to be behind bars. So miss, take it seriously this time.
The spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney Nick Velasquez says the media that
Our office is waiting to obtain a copy of the citation, once we’re able to verify that Miss Hilton was driving the vehicle, we will request that the court revoke her probation and set a probation violation hearing.
Well if this gets confirmed, she can get 90 days jail. I guess that’s a long time for Paris. Her spokesman Elliot Mintz says;
Hilton didn’t realize the car’s headlights weren’t on because she had just left a parking structure that was brightly lit. She was told by police she was stopped for not having the headlights turned on. Speeding was not mentioned
I guess whatever the reason she gives, this time she has to pay big for it. Paris, all the best.

Paris Hilton fined for drunk-driving case
Posted by Paris Hilton in Elliot Mintz, Howard Weitzman, Judge Michael Sauer, Paris Hilton, Shawn Chapman Holley on January 23, 2007

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was placed on three years probation on Monday after pleading no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving.
Hilton, 25, did not appear for the hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court. The plea to a reduction of an original charge of driving under the influence was entered by her attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Chapman Holley.
Hilton’s rep, Elliot Mintz said that the Hilton was fined $390 and ordered to attend a 12-hour driver education program. Mintz said,
I just spoke with Paris an hour ago, and she’s happy the matter is behind her.
Judge Michael Sauer gave Hilton the option of reducing her probation to 24 months if she completed 40 hours of community service. Paris has yet to make a decision.
The fines, plus penalty assessments, totaled about $1,500.
Hilton was arrested September 7 after allegedly being seen weaving on a Hollywood street in her Mercedes-Benz.
Police said that Paris appeared intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test. She had a blood alcohol level of .08%, the level at which an adult driver is in violation of the law.
But later Hilton admitted that she might be ‘speeding a little bit’ explaining,
I had one margarita and I was starving because I had not eaten all day…I wanted to have an In-N-Out burger.
